Shipping Policy

It may take up to 3 business days from the time you placed your order until it ships. You will receive a notification email from PayPal once your order is shipped. That email will include a list of everything that has shipped, as well as a link to tracking information.

Refund Policy

Please ensure that merchandise(s) is in original condition, original packing and with the original tags attached. All merchandise must be returned in original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that merchandise is in its original condition, followed by processing your returns or exchanges.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Items purchased from STYLO INC. marketplace are specially imported based on your order, returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Exchanges, however, can be offered for apparel sizing issues. To set up an exchange, please send an e-mail to us at sales@pawn-inc.com, include your original order information and the size you'd like in your e-mail.
