Global Terms and Conditions (Buyers and Sellers)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies published. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.
2. Platform Nature
The Platform is an online marketplace connecting independent creators, artists, and crafters (“Sellers”) with buyers (“Buyers”) seeking handmade, limited-edition, or custom-designed products.
The Platform does not own, manufacture, or control the items sold. All items are listed and sold directly by the Sellers.
3. Account Registration
- Users must meet the legal age requirement in their country (usually 18+) and be capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Registration requires providing accurate and complete information.
- Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Seller Obligations
Sellers agree to:
- List only authentic handmade or designed products they own or created.
- Cap each design at a maximum of 100 units to maintain exclusivity (where applicable).
- Provide accurate product descriptions and images.
- Manage production, packaging, and shipping according to stated delivery times.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including tax obligations.
- Avoid selling illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe items.
- Handle returns, exchanges, or refunds according to the Platform’s policy and local law.
5. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to:
- Review item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- Provide accurate shipping and contact information.
- Make payments only through the Platform’s authorized payment methods.
- Understand that handmade and custom items may require longer delivery times.
- Follow the Platform’s Return and Refund Policy for any issues.
6. Payments and Fees
- Payments must be made via the Platform’s approved payment methods.
- The Platform may charge transaction or service fees.
- Sellers receive payouts once orders are confirmed as delivered, or according to the Platform’s payout schedule.
- The Platform is not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion, or transfer delays.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Sellers are responsible for fulfillment, packaging, and shipping within the stated timeframe.
- Delivery times may vary depending on product type and production schedule.
- Tracking information should be provided when available.
8. Intellectual Property
- All product designs, images, and creative works belong to their original creators.
- Sellers grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use product images and descriptions for operational or marketing purposes.
- Users must not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Circumvent Platform payment or messaging systems.
- Engage in harassment, defamation, or abusive behavior.
- Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to hack the Platform.
- Violate local laws or regulations.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Buyers and Sellers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly.
- If unresolved, the Platform may act as a neutral mediator but is not legally obligated to provide compensation.

- Singapore: Subject to Singapore law; comply with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Malaysia: Subject to Malaysian law; comply with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
- Philippines: Subject to Philippine law; comply with Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Indonesia: Subject to Indonesian law; comply with Law on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law).
- Vietnam: Subject to Vietnamese law; comply with Law on Cyber Information Security.
- Thailand: Subject to Thai law; comply with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, Thailand).
- Hong Kong: Subject to Hong Kong law; comply with Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
- Taiwan: Subject to Taiwanese law; comply with Personal Data Protection Act.
- Japan: Subject to Japanese law; comply with Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, Consumer Contract Act, Civil Code, and Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
Users agree that local laws and regulations in their country govern their account, transactions, and disputes.
12. Limitation of Liability
- The Platform acts solely as an intermediary marketplace.
- The Platform is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or misrepresentation by Sellers.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total transaction amount.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or damages the Platform’s operations or reputation.
Upon termination, listings and account balances may be frozen pending investigation.
14. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
Unless otherwise specified in the Country-Specific Rules section, disputes will be governed by local laws applicable to the user’s country.
